ENDLA HOSTEL AND APARTMENTS – HOUSE RULES

1. General
Accommodation is available only to guests who have made a prior reservation.

Check-in begins at 14:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 12:00 on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of violation of house rules, the accommodation has the right to terminate the guest’s stay without compensation.

2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.

Payment can be made in advance or on-site in cash. Card payments are not available at the moment, but invoices can be issued if needed. The amount of advance payment and payment deadline depend on prior agreement.

Please inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible so that the room can be made available to other guests.

3. Peaceful Stay and Responsibility
Please keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests and neighbors, especially between 22:00–07:00.

Guests are responsible for the behavior of any accompanying persons or visitors.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, such as broken furniture or soiled linens.

4. Cleaning and Waste
Rooms are cleaned before and after the stay.

Guests are asked to keep the rooms clean and tidy throughout their stay.

Please sort your waste and place it in the designated bins.

5. Smoking and Pets
Smoking indoors is prohibited; smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.

6. Safety
Please close windows and keep doors locked at all times.

The use of candles or open flames indoors is prohibited.

In case of emergency, please call us first so we can assist promptly and call for help if necessary.

7. Keys and Equipment
Please take care of the keys. A fee of €50 applies for lost keys.

All accommodation equipment, such as dishes, towels, and electronics, is intended for use on-site and must not be taken away.
