ENDLA HOSTEL AND APARTMENTS \u2013 HOUSE RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. General<\/strong>
Accommodation is available only to guests who have made a prior reservation.<\/p>\n

Check-in begins at 14:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 12:00 on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

In case of violation of house rules, the accommodation has the right to terminate the guest\u2019s stay without compensation.<\/p>\n

2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation<\/strong>
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.<\/p>\n

Payment can be made in advance or on-site in cash. Card payments are not available at the moment, but invoices can be issued if needed. The amount of advance payment and payment deadline depend on prior agreement.<\/p>\n

Please inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible so that the room can be made available to other guests.<\/p>\n

3. Peaceful Stay and Responsibility<\/strong>
Please keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests and neighbors, especially between 22:00\u201307:00.<\/p>\n

Guests are responsible for the behavior of any accompanying persons or visitors.<\/p>\n

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, such as broken furniture or soiled linens.<\/p>\n

4. Cleaning and Waste<\/strong>
Rooms are cleaned before and after the stay.<\/p>\n

Guests are asked to keep the rooms clean and tidy throughout their stay.<\/p>\n

Please sort your waste and place it in the designated bins.<\/p>\n

5. Smoking and Pets<\/strong>
Smoking indoors is prohibited; smoking is allowed only in designated areas.<\/p>\n

Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.<\/p>\n

6. Safety<\/strong>
Please close windows and keep doors locked at all times.<\/p>\n

The use of candles or open flames indoors is prohibited.<\/p>\n

In case of emergency, please call us first so we can assist promptly and call for help if necessary.<\/p>\n

7. Keys and Equipment<\/strong>
Please take care of the keys. A fee of \u20ac50 applies for lost keys.<\/p>\n

All accommodation equipment, such as dishes, towels, and electronics, is intended for use on-site and must not be taken away.<\/p>\n
